This 25 October marks the opening of the 4th edition of the J-MED Call for Projects – Supporting Youth in the Mediterranean.  Civil society organisations (CSOs) from the southern shore of the Mediterranean have until 5 January 2024 to apply.

This initiative aims to support projects led by CSOs from the southern and eastern shores of the Mediterranean, in partnership with CSOs from the northern shore. Education, vocational training, socio-economic integration, mobility, social and solidarity-based entrepreneurship and sport are the priority sectors for this call for projects.

Supported by the Government of Monaco, the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Fondation de France, the J-MED is an innovative and effective initiative for localising aid from Monaco and France in favour of Mediterranean players and supporting the emergence of the new generation of Mediterranean NGOs.

The call for projects is managed by the IECD and operated by the Mediterranean New Chance Network teams.

In addition to funding of up to €15,000, the J-MED also means opening up to a community of players committed to supporting young people on both shores of the Mediterranean, creating links and sharing experience between organisations, and providing training in project cycle and management to all the laureates.

So don’t wait any longer and join the J-MED community!
